Hope, Healing, and Support
When It’s Needed Most
The Lloyd’s Light Foundation stands as a beacon of hope and advocacy for individuals and families impacted by substance use.
Inspired by Lloyd’s life, we work to reduce stigma, connect people to support, and strengthen recovery in our community.
No one should have to face this alone.

Lloyd's Story
Lloyd Andrew White, known to many as Andrew, was a loving, creative, and deeply compassionate person whose life touched countless people. Though he struggled with substance use disorder, Lloyd was known for his wisdom, generosity, and the way he supported others in their recovery journeys.
After his passing, Lloyd’s mother Sharon, along with his sisters Stephanie and Anna, turned their grief into advocacy—helping to pass Lloyd’s Law- House Bill 1021, still awaiting the passage in the Senate in Pennsylvania expanding access to Naloxone.
Today, Lloyd’s legacy continues through the Lloyd’s Light Foundation, bringing hope, education, and support to individuals and families impacted by substance use disorder.
Lloyd's life reminds us that every person is more than their struggle, and every life has the power to inspire change.
